Public events at AS TIDE workshop. Graz,
11-19 October 2008
AS TIDE - Art for responsible social
transformation and intercultural dialogue in Europe - has launched
an invitation to participate in the public events within the workshop
to be held in Graz (Austria), 11-19 October 2008. The public is warmely
invited to attend the City Walk "Speed Socializing!", along
the streets of Graz on Saturday October 11, and the public conference
with Michelangelo Pistoletto on Monday 13th. Both events are organized
by Next in collaboration with Love Difference.
AS TIDE is a European network of cultural centers and operators (Cittadellarte
– Fondazione Pistoletto, deBuren, Hangar, next, St James Cavalier)
engaged in the development of artistic projects as a means of intercultural
dialogue and socio-economic development. The project operates on three
levels: Education-Training, Action (workshops on social planning in
local communities) and Diffusion (magazine and online platform).
