Economy and Society of Knowledge. Ravello International Forum on the Mediterranean, 9-11 October 2008
Federculture, Ravello University Center for Cultural Heritage and Formez promote the third edition (9-11 October 2008) of Ravello LAB - International Forum, an annual event which aims to create a permanent forum for analysis, discussion and proposal on culture and development. After "The territories of cultural heritage" (2006) and "The Economy of Culture in the EU-27" (2007), the third edition of the Ravello Forum will be devoted to “Economy and Society of Knowledge. Cultural Policies in the Euro Mediterranean Quadrant” trying to further develop some of the most meaningful conclusions of last edition in strong connection with the annual meetings launched by European Union (2008 Intercultural Dialogue Year; 2009 Creativity Year). Ravello LAB intends to gradually specialize as an international initiative, promoted by the Civil Society in close collaboration with European institutions, the Institutional bodies and in partnership with numerous private parties, to affirm a new approach to development, focusing on the contribution that culture can and must provide to the economic and social growth of society.
Filippo Fabbrica, Love Difference project manager, will be in ravello among the invited experts.
