MOVIN'UP 2011 - mobility in the world for young Italian artists - thirteenth edition. Deadline for applications: 20 May 2011
Movin'Up is a call for young creative people between 18 and 35 years of age, who work with professional goals and have been officially invited or accepted abroad by cultural institutions, theatres, public and private contests, residencies, workshops, internships or similar initiatives, or who are designing art works, to be produced foreign centres or institutions. A program aiming to promote the work of Italian artists, through real opportunities of visibility, specifically allowing the participation in international events and qualified training programs that offer real opportunities for their artistic and professional growth. The idea was born to support the production of the most interesting projects, selected on the basis of their innovative and multidisciplinary approach, fostering the circuitry of the national artistic research in the world.
Next deadline for applications: Friday, May 20, 2011 12 a.m. for activities abroad starting from 1 July to 31 December 2011.
