Third Love Difference Members Annual Assembly and a round table: Saturday, February 25 at Cittadellarte
The management committee of Love Difference has called its annual members meeting on the 25th of February 2006 at Cittadellarte - Fondazione Pistoletto, in Biella. The Love Difference Meeting is an important occasion to discuss and outline the character of the intercultural society we are working toward. At little over a year since the last meeting, a few issues will be discussed: the participation in the 51st Venice Biennale and the activation workshop “Art City Society”; the “CoDex” exhibition and workshop in Tunis, an event parallel to the World Summit on the Information Society; the projects developed during the 2005 Università delle Idee and the new partnership with Furla and Emergency. New initiatives in progress and under development for 2006 will also be discussed, as well as new exhibitions and research projects on artistic processes for the responsible transformation of society. The agenda of the meeting will also include the approval of the final balance sheet for 2005 and the budget for 2006.
A day entirely dedicated to Love Difference members: after the meeting, a round table titled “Cyprus. Art rebuilding Society”, a dinner offered by Cittadellarte, and a projection of videos from the Archives of Festival dei Popoli – Italian Institute for the Social Research.
