Rome and Venice host two series of events for peace publishing
The first edition of the National Fair for Peace Publishing will take place at Parco Meda in Rome on September 20-23. The event,realized by cultural associations La Strada and Diversamente, together with the Municipality of Rome V, will count sounds, visions, readings, meetings, tastings and stands devoted to peace and npn-violence issues.
The city of Venice will host from the 12th to the 15th of October the seventh edition of the Salon for Peace Publishing, Trinità ai Frari. The event is organized by Fondazione Venezia per la Ricerca sulla Pace, in collaboration with the City of Venice, the Municipality of Venice-Murano-Burano, and the Province of Venice, the main theme and the title of the present edition will be “Hate”. This will be the occasion for the launching of the project “Baghdad Books House”, aming to the re-opening of baghdad National Library.
